"This system started out as the entry system. I upgraded the case to Studio 22 walnut. Entire system is just over 1 years old. Every module works 100% and are all in like new condition. The system has never left my smoke free studio. Top of the case has some minor scratches and dings. Nothing unusal or unsightly. Some of the modules are DIY and/or have modifications that I did. Head over to Laurentide SynthWorks to check out the quality of my work.

Due to the size, weight and expense, I will not offer shipping.

Q117 Sample & Hold + Q110 Noise Modules mounted in 1 Space Re:Synthesis Panel. I replaced the S&H input jack with a switching jack and wired the pink noise directly to it. If a jack is inserted, it breaks the noise input.

"The instruments in the Volca series are excellent individually, but they can also be combined to create a miniature electronic studio.

When I first acquired the Volca series, I combined them, improvised sequences, and then shot myself improvising manipulation of those sequences. That is the origin of these 3 Volcas Combined videos.
In the right hands and with a little practice, some great music can come out of these as a set. Don't let my little experiments fool you. ;)

Because I got tired of looking at my face, I have created weird visual narratives from vintage educational films to go along with these songs.

Please forgive me for the sloppy mixes... in haste, I ran them all through a single mixer for recording during performance.

Here's a quick tour of Spektrumsynth 2 Reaktor Ensemble. Additional videos will cover the instrument in more detail. One of the key features of Spektrumsynth is the intense modulation routing. The "Animator Pad" is directly linked to the main target parameters, with additional routing through Grand Central Station. Pad movements are recordable, polyphonically triggerable or driven by other modulation sources. New filters with FM capability, CPU optimization and additional signal-flow options are amongst the updated features.

This tutorial introduces us to Spektrumsynth's control patchers known as "Wavetable Router" and "Grand Central Station". These patchers act as the nervous system for Spektrumsynth, where control messages may be directed from all modulation sources to all targets. 36 patch connections can be made, with further access possible through the use of the Animator Pad. Additionally, numerous components are hard-wired, making Spektrumsynth semi-modular, like the ARP-2600.

One of my co-workers suggested that I should do this old Booker T & the MGs melody. And since he was armed with an ESD gun I though it might be best if I obeyed.

I didn't have a drum machine with a limbo rhythm so I had to programme it myself using the Roland TR-626 programmable drum machine. The problem was that I had forgot how to do it. So I had to do the most embarrassing thing a man can do: Read the manual.
You might notice that the manual looks somewhat water damaged. That is actually a physical memory of how I got it: I was at an outdoor car boot sale - one of those where people load their car boots or trailers with whatever they want to sale and show up. There I was, the rain was pouring down and everything was muddy and wet. I spotted a guy with an open trailer full of things that came from his dead father in law's attick. Amongst the things were an Elka X-30 organ that I wanted but sadly couldn't transport because it was before I got a car. Then suddenly I looked down and saw this TR-626 that had fallen off the trailer and lied face down in the mud. I picked it up and asked what he wanted for it. I got it for 50 dkr (app. 8 US$). It took me a while to get all the mud out of the plugs on the back side and the manual had to spend some days on the heater. But eventually it was all fine - except for the discoloured paper."
