"The TG-33 allows you to enter an exciting world of vector synthesis combining Yamaha's advanced AWM sample playback technology with high-performance FM tone generation. Vector synthesis allows you to create and control synthesized sound with unprecedented ease - in a very intimate, 'human' way, putting you more closely in touch with your music. The vector control lets you blend sounds manually in real time, and dynamic vectors let you 'record' dynamic vector sweeps that will play automatically whenever you play a note.

The TG33 also provides plenty of versatility for even complex sequenced compositions. Its MULTI mode allows up to 16 different "instruments" to be controlled simultaneously on different MIDI channels - with up to 32-note polyphony!

The more you use the TG33, the more you'll find that "vectors" will become an indispensable part of your musical repertoire.

Features:
Yamaha AWM and FM tone generators for superior sound and tonal versatility.
Fully programmable 16-channel multi-play mode with 32-note polyphony provides extraordinary versatility for sequencer-driven applications.
16 memory locations for multi-play setups.
2-element or 4-element voice architecture allows AWM and FM waveforms to be used in a single voice.
Vector control for 2-axis control of element level and detuning.
Dynamic level and detune vectors can be easily recorded in real time.
128 preset AWM waveforms and 256 preset FM waveforms provide an extensive library of sonic "building blocks" from which to create new voices.
External memory cards provide limitless backup and storage capability.
Easy-edit features make creating new voices quick and virtually programming-free.
When necessary, detailed, in-depth programming parameters are available.
16 internal digital effects including reverb, delay and distortion.
Dual stereo outputs."

"AIRA-TR-8, TB-3, VT-3 and System-1 they're here! Today we'd like to share the birth of the new additions to the Roland family!

We are very excited to receive the very first shipment of these cool new AIRA TR-8, TB-3 and VT-3 instruments that the Tokyo based Roland AIRA team in Japan have been working so hard on for years so thought we'd take a quick video from our Roland Sydney HQ of the new goodies.
Here we'll unbox and show you the first units to arrive in Australia. The unboxing is followed by a first power on and basic playback.

We recorded a little direct signal from the TR-8 Rhythm Performer and the TB-3 Touch Bassline locked together too so you can hear their awesome clean sound. Time to end that search or to stick your classic TR's and TB's behind glass? Enjoy and please share your classic or modern Roland gear videos for us to checkout and share.

SunVox Tips #16 - MultiCtl Module

Published on Feb 14, 2014 Solar Lune·83 videos

"Hey, there. Here's a small SunVox tutorial showing how to use the new Multi-Control (or MultiCtl) module added in the recent version of SunVox (v1.7.4). You can use the MultiCtl module to control multiple modules' parameters using a single module at a time. For example, you can use the MultiCtl module to influence the volume of one module, and the duty cycle of another (which is what I show in this video)."

All parts here.
