Note the plastic wood sides. The Oberheim DX series used plastic while the OB series used real wood.

"Software version 2.22. The Eproms are labeled: CD1, CD2, CD0. Serial Number is A40707."

Update: according to Loren in the comments his had wood side panels.  Plastic panels may have been introduced later?  My DX has the plastic sides.

"Oberheim once sent me this when I ordered a manual from them. It's called Oberview and has some cool info and a neat patch."

I might have some of these lying around somewhere.  I got them when I picked up my first synth, a Matrix-6, back in the day, hence matrix.
