Prophet 5, Jupiter 8, Memormoog, CS80, OB8 etc. The Synhtex can do much of what these other synths can do, but most of all it has its own special, very powerful sound character, which makes it one of the most wanted synths. Not only Jean-Michel Jarre still uses it an does this even live. Compared to other older synths the Synthex has a special advantage: it is very reliable and robust."
