"Thanks guys for putting up this challenge on the 'Korg Volca series' facebook page. This is my contribution. I fumble around a little before a pattern emerges, but that's kinda the idea I guess :)
I hope you'll enjoy it!

Had so much fun at Serge's in L.A."
Side note: this is the third person I've come across that was at the shop back in the 1970s. I actually used to walk by the shop when I was just a little kid. I had no idea of the magic and history being created there.
Update: for those curious, the shop was on the third floor here off of Santa Monica Blvd. & Western Ave.
Update2: anyone know what's to the right of the Oberheim Programmer in the second pic?

Update4: Added a note to this post on early programmable synths.

"To auction comes my original Roland TB 303 with the power supply. It is fully functional and not tapped, rarely used in the last 20 years. Of course, non-smoking unit!
The buttons are all very smooth, controls for tempo and volume are easy to turn. Controller for Pattern Group and Mode snap clean. Controller for the six frequencies controls easy going
The battery compartment as seen in the picture is super clean."

T-t-talk to me - An Echophon, Planar and Ribbonz demo
Published on Feb 8, 2014 HardScienceAV
"I just got the Make Noise Echophon and decided to give it a go. This is the result of my first patch. Thought I'd make a video of my experience :)
Here's a basic breakdown: The Flame Talking Synth is going into the Echophon input. I took the aux out of the Echophon into the FoH Sound of Shadows and fed both Echophon and SOS outputs into the Fontronik MH01. There's a lot of modulation going on. The Talking Synth has all of its parameters controlled by the Monde Ribbonz (the ribbon controller at the bottom that you've never seen before) and the Echophon has most of it's parameters controlled by the Intellijel Planar joystick and the ZBK (the big knob in the middle!).
The video was then processed with the LZX Industries video synth.

Modular Techno with 808
Published on Aug 7, 2014 HardScienceAV
"Modular techno jam with my Eurorack synth and a TR-808. No edits. But I added a bit of filter work to the 808 in post. I figured I'd spruce things up a bit with a multi cam vid. Hope you totally dig it."
