Lower your audio levels for this one. For those not familiar with tape backup I thought this was worth posting. This is how you backed up patches before MIDI.

first PCB of the grains powered up
Published on May 23, 2015 Jw Hagenbeek
"The Grains is a small (only 4HP) eurorack module kit and is extremely simple to build and cheap! It is designed by ginkosynthese.
It runs on an arduino nano, the code is based on the auduino code written by Peter Knight. The code is rewritten to work with cv inputs to use in modular systems.
Controlled by external cv signals this little module is really a great addition to any modular system.
The kit contains everything to build the module including a preprogrammed arduino for only €45,- (ex VAT) in total.
On the ginkosynthese website there will be more codes which will work on this module and since it is open source I am happy to add user codes on the list too! :)
get ready to make some 8bit acid!"

"Here's a short little Detroit techno jam of some things I'm putting together for a future live set. Nothing too technically deep or complex, just me having some fun twiddling knobs and throwing the faders on my live techno hardware setup."
Syncing Mangrove
Published on May 22, 2015 wellurban
"A simple but occasionally quite raucous drone/glitch jam with the Mannequis Mangrove.
Syncing Mangrove to another VCO (or any audio-rate pulse wave) locks its pitch, but with the right Formant and Barrel settings, altering the pitch makes it jump between harmonics. This lets you created harmonic melodies without a quantiser, but there are chaotic areas at the transitions that could be either nasty or a richly organic feature, depending upon your point of view."
