"Goom open source synth (quinapalus.com) using the monotron as a filter. I'm mostly playing with the parameters on the monotron. Chorus effect is added toward the end ( 3:40 )...all to the beat of a Yamaha RY10 drum machine."

"Intricate ceiling visuals become sounds at the The Hollows art opening in Brooklyn, thanks to an experimental electronic music device known as the Resonance Reader. Created by sound artist, Dylan j Marcus, the interactive piece aims to “accidently create music.” What looks like a mystic wand with black fringe employs custom-software and barcode readers to convert light emissions into midi, allowing it to read the black-and-white lines of the massive ceiling art piece by Brazilian artist, Talita Zaragoza. Marcus even suggests the "wand" has the potential to be learned as a sophisticated instrument...

The artist and dancer Tania Leipold initiated a performance with the Resonance Reader piece by moving the device across Zaragoza’s ceiling work, creating haunting echoes and vibrations while gracefully using the lines of her body to extend to the ceiling with the new musical instrument."

Extremely rare factory like modifications installed.

My two favorites are the third oscillator primarily for LFO duties can serve as a normal VCO. In addition the SYNC DEPTH seems to detune the vco’s

The switches for the mods and the knob are identical to the factory ones.

Internal speakers are working fine and no patch pins are missing

An AC adapter is included for European voltage conversion so it can be used in the US

Extremely rare Cricklewood keyboard is listed on ebay as well. The keyboard was used in the testing of thisVC3

This a difficult machine to master but the unique pin patch bay offers versatility only seen on much larger patch cord type machines.

Unit is in overall excellent condition. Near Mint, Black case even has keys to lock the tabs..."

This appears to be the first MDR-16 to be featured on MATRIXSYNTH. Cheetah is mainly known for their MS-6 analog rack synthesizer. See the Cheetah channel at the bottom of this post for more. Not much info on the MDR-16 unfortunately. If you know more about this rack let us know.

"Unit is in good condition considering its age

Some wood chips on sides and scratches on panel

Battery was replaced with newer style battery holder and new battery

All switches were cleaned with Deoxit and all switches are working well except for block sound button.

All sliders are working well

Display is working properly"
