"I was personally invited by my favorite music store to see , smell, feel ,play and fall in love with THE most rare ,most expensive , most beautiful sounding synthesizer ever created in the universe. The Yamaha GX-1 a forerunner to the little tiny flyweight baby brother , the Yamaha CS-80. The GX-1 in the video is restored in a genius way by the most excellent service tech in the world Ulf Söderlund. With 4 brand new external power supplies the hum and noise from the audio outputs are totally gone. The oscillators pitch are so good you really need to use the random detune feature to not think you are playing a plugin ;) Did I buy it ? No ! It lacked the 3 Auto rhythm voice cards ! Bummer ! Kidding aside, it was of course not for sale but the rhythm voice cards were actually removed back in the early 80´s to eliminate every little thing to make it more stable in recording and live situations due to underpowered original power supply. Yamaha GX-1 what a huge monument in the history of earth. It should be up there with the other seven wonders of the world !"

"A track made with sounds from the vintage Oberheim OB-X analog synthesizer from 1979 but now in a more modern production... Also the Yamaha CP-80 is used for piano sounds.Drum samples from Vengeance.
This is a re-upload of a previous video , now with a better audio mix.

"Rare vintage MPC electronics DSM 1&2 drum synth system. All modules make sound and sound good. Some knobs need to be cleaned. The unit is four one space racks that connect to the DSM 1 with a 5 pin din cable. There is only one cable, so two cables will have to made or bought."
