Unknown reggae, on Casio DM-100
Published on Sep 28, 2015 organfairy
"This reggae is unknown in the sense that it I haven't come up with a name for it yet! I was playing around with my Casio DM-100 and tried to make something new, and then this melody suddenly popped up. So this time I am actually recording both music and video and at the same time composing. You can see the track being recorded on the PC in the background. I later added a couple of other tracks and mixed it before making the video."

Yamaha GX-1 a snippet , mobile phone audio
Published on Sep 11, 2015 MrFirechild
"I was personally invited by my favorite music store to see , smell, feel ,play and fall in love with THE most rare ,most expensive , most beautiful sounding synthesizer ever created in the universe. The Yamaha GX-1 a forerunner to the little tiny flyweight baby brother , the Yamaha CS-80. The GX-1 in the video is restored in a genius way by the most excellent service tech in the world Ulf Söderlund. With 4 brand new external power supplies the hum and noise from the audio outputs are totally gone. The oscillators pitch are so good you really need to use the random detune feature to not think you are playing a plugin ;) Did I buy it ? No ! It lacked the 3 Auto rhythm voice cards ! Bummer ! Kidding aside, it was of course not for sale but the rhythm voice cards were actually removed back in the early 80´s to eliminate every little thing to make it more stable in recording and live situations due to underpowered original power supply. Yamaha GX-1 what a huge monument in the history of earth. It should be up there with the other seven wonders of the world !"
