Moog Sub Phatty Demo by Uriel Ortega
Published on May 10, 2018 Uriel Ortega
"I finally got my first moog, I am in love with how awesome this synth really is. It's fat, it's built like a tank and the tone can be gritty, dirty, and also warm and soft when needed. Check this thing out"

"Rare Arp 2601 Synthesizer. It's time for it to be used to create music again! For many years, it was stored in a spare bedroom closet, and for years, I was going to have it restored and brought up to spec, but alas..., I ran out of time and interest... I did plug it in and turn it on... and all three oscillators generated tone, and they seemed fairly steady (no severe audible drift when tuned to A440 while on). However, I did not go through and test all of the functions and/or all the other modules.
You can see that there were some professional modifications added/done on this one (see pics). It may have been done by Phil Ciricco, the synth wizard at CMS. The quality workmanship of the switches/pots installed is evident, although I can't say for certain:
3620 KYBD- 2 switches added on right side of controls. Function? Not sure.
VCF Potentiometer- Perhaps variable KYBD voltage control? Not sure.
ADSR- A switch installed and Sustain and Release output jacks? Not sure.
The buyer of this unit will need to invest some time and money in testing, calibration, and possibly some repairs, however the Arp 2601's are rare and well worth the investment. All the switches, knobs are complete and the tolex has no major tears or holes. Some of the slide potentiometers are a little sticky- none are frozen, but they will need to be professionally cleaned and lubed. This unit looks excellent for being almost 40 years old- as if it lived in a recording studio most of it's life!"

E-Mu Morpheus Z-Plane Synthesizer SN 19301127 + RAM Card

"This is the E-mu Morpheus with the optional 'Morpheus Expanded Model #9200' data card (this card alone, when even available, sells on eBay for $125-150).
This is the synthesizer from e-mu with the z-plane morphing filters everyone desires.
It is in excellent condition - I am the original owner - it has been in the rack in my smoke-free studio since purchase. In spite of being rack-mounted all this time, please notice that the rack ears are in almost pristine condition (see pictures).
The Morpheus has its claim to fame with the ability to "morph" sounds creating unique, evolving and intricate sounds with superb digital clarity. The Morpheus uses Z-Plane synthesis and filters. These are 14-pole filters that model and interpolate resonant sound characteristics. In other words, you can morph between different sounds and vary the balance of the morph between these sounds. Go from analog drones that fade into high strings, for example."

Elektron Digitone Jam - "Jubilard"
Published on May 10, 2018 Stochastic Design
"A song made entirely with the Elektron Digitone. All drums are generated by FM synthesis on a single track, and the use of parameter voice locks allows switching between sounds on the fly to let kick, snare and hi-hat just take up one of the four tracks.
Delay effects and slow beat synched LFO modulations are used to make transitions between patterns flow, and sometimes cause interesting effects when sounds are changed! Also, certain sounds are filtered differently between patterns as they may move to the background for a specific part of the song."

Sequential Prophet-X Demo 2 by Two Quiet Suns
"This demo is a bit rougher than the first. Culled from patch creation sessions you will notice some distortion and clicks/pops. I felt the sounds were interesting enough to record warts and all."
You can find the first demo here.
