Today was a great day in Torino with the first Soundmit Spinoff "Soundmit.off - Torino Music Garage Sale" with the precious support of ARTURIA, ARTURIA USER GROUP TORINO and ARTURIA USER GROUPS. Attached are some pics of the event.
The next full SoundMit will be held on November 3/4 2018 in Torino, Italy.

Roland 100m 182 Sequencer SN 100740

"Vintage, very rare Roland System 182 sequencer, part of the system 100M. It's in near mint condition (see photos) and comes with 8-pin DIN cable. The serial number is: 100740.
Some information from internet:
A two channel, eight step analog sequencer for producing control voltage changes in sequence to produce such things as melodic patterns, patterned tone colour changes, etc.
In series mode, voltage sequences of up to 16 steps may be programmed.
In parallel mode, 2 independent voltages can be preset for each of up to 8 steps, or one of the channel outputs can be used to control the sequencer clock so the timing between each step in the sequence can be different.
Several sequencers may be used in series for longer sequences, or in parallel for more channels of simultaneous output.
Tempo control: 7sec-3ms (0.14Hz-33Hz)
Portamento: 0-10sec, channel 1 only
Gate Time: 10%-90%
CV Out: 0-3v/0-10v
Gate Out: +14v, Impedance 2kOhm
Tempo CV Input: 0-10v, Impedance 120kOhm
Trig. In: +5-15v more than 1ms, Impedance 50kOhm
End Pulse Out: +14v 10ms, Impedance less than 3.3kOhm"

Fender Chroma Polaris Analog Poly Synthesizer SN 302655

"Has brand-new membrane panels, installed 04/18. All keys function, and all 6 voices work great. Sweet!
Interior is clean, zero corrosion. All boards look great, nearly brand new.
Exterior is near pristine (some oxidation present on upper right of top panel) but overall excellent condition (9.5/10) for a circa 1985-86 vintage instrument.
Blue sides were recently rounded to remove edge damage, and blue stain was done with oil-based stain (Varathane Worn Navy) and urethane satin finish.
This is a 6 voice (12 VCOs total) analog synth with a 61-key velocity sensitive keyboard. It has selective pitch bend, which lets you bend some notes in a chord while keeping others fixed. It has a MIDI interface, and includes a built-in sequencer."

New v 1.20 Firmware for Roland System 8 is a Big Update.

"Roland released a new firmware version 1.20 in June 2018. This video covers the new oscillators and filters in depth. Kudos to Roland for continuing to develop the System 8 firmware. Love this synth."

"My performance for MOTS at Cal Anderson Park in Seattle. Headphones or speakers recommended! Absolutely beautiful setting and everyone played amazing music.
This patch is the Industrial Music Electronics Stillson Hammer Mk II driving a DPO for melodies and STO into STG Soundlabs Post Lawsuit Lowpass filter for bass. Out of frame is my trusty Yamaha MG mixer and Akai Headrush on delay."

"It's time for the title bout! MOOG minimoog vs Model D. Hardware synth legend against it's software counterpart. Both made by one of the most beloved synthesizer manufacturers! So the question is apart from the obvious hardware and software aspect, how similar do they really sound? Can you hear the difference now?
