Radical Frequencies Modular
"Happy New Year my modular friends with a Radical Frequencies modular 132bpm Psychedelic Techno jam! Patch: The Fm lead is a pulse wave from a RF dpvco with internal pwm and linear fm going into RF Scota vcf (alpha filter only) using band pass output and voltage controlled by RF vc adsr and lucky voltages randomizes the decay times . The Bass is another dpvco with 2 detuned saw waves into RF 12db multi vcf. The Drums are from iPad Launchpad . All sequences are trigged by Beatstep Pro that takes clock from iPad . "This was made back in 1930s Soviet Russia using an optical synthesizer called that variophone [Variophon] which takes a picture of a drawn waveform on replicates it. Sounds are drawn and paper and then dragged across the aperture to play a song. It amazes me that electronic music goes back this far and I think sounds so futuristic so I took the time to restore this little known piece"

Smart way to get your synth signed.
"I have owned this Synth for over 25 years a never really used it as requires midi clock to time up and I use midi modern control. It's as rare as hens now but this one has a special twist in that I managed to get it signed by the Synth master Gary Numan back in 2017 when he came to Cardiff, a managed to get to meet him before his gig a pursuaded him to sign the end cap for me, to which he laughed a said he never been asked to sign a Synth before ! So this makes this even more unique as it's probably the only one out there anywhere, and it's a classic analogue from around start of the 80s when his early tracks used this type of machine ! I really regret having to sell this Synth but unfortunately it has to go as need the cash to pay towards other projects etc a lack of space as house is small !"

"Yamaha CS-50 polyphonic synthesizer, in a really great condition. Everything is working very well, there is no any defect at that level. It has been revised recently and a chord kit been added. Great esthetical condition, and clean. We can only notice very minor scratchs on the flycase Tolex, the interior is intact. Serial number 1572. He comes with his full legs and the metallic partition holder. No manual."
