"I took a small setup to the woods, and with the help of a mushroom and some moss, I recorded these sounds. I'm using the Polyend Anywhere and a USE block to have power outside, and the Scion from Instruo is the bridge between Nature and the modules. The Zoom H6 recorder is recording it all, and it's also recording the birds around.
These are the modules I used:
Noise Engineering BIA, Instruo Scion, Expert Sleepers Disting MK4, Mutable Instruments Beads, Instruo Arbhar, Befaco STMix.
Thanks to MycoLyco for the inspiration."

Behringer's Music Tribe Global Brands Ltd Loses Oberheim Trademark to Tom Oberheim
It looks like Tom Oberheim will indeed get the Oberheim name back. The chain of events are a bit randomn, like a "sample n hold" actually...
I beleive Music Tribe filed for the Oberheim logo and trademarks back in December of 2016 after they expired. Gibson previously owned them, buy then turned them over to Wells Fargo prior to this, according to details in this previous post. What's odd is Gibson then "returned" the name back to Tom Oberheim in 2019 AFTER Music Tribe filed for it. Shortly after Behringer won the trademark back. Two years later it now goes back to Tom.
(pic above via Amazona.de) via the USPTO: "Registration is refused because the applied-for mark consists of or includes matter that may falsely suggest a connection with Tom Oberheim. Trademark Act Section 2(a), 15 U.S.C. §1052(a). Although the person is not connected with the goods provided by applicant under the applied-for mark, Tom Oberheim is so well-known that consumers would presume a connection."
They also apologize for the sample n hold loop: "The trademark examining attorney apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the delay in raising this issue(s)."
What's interesting, unless I'm reading it wrong, is the trademark appeared to have been for BEHRINGER OBERHEIM rather than just OBERHEIM?
Note this just means Behringer can't take over the Oberheim brand name. He can still come out with the Behringer UB-Xa branded OB-Xa.
Novation Circuit Tracks in-depth presentation with Enrique Martinez!
video by Patchwerks Seattle
"In this video Nick Bigelow and Matthew Piecora explore the Novation Circuit Tracks with co-host Enrique Martinez of Novation.
Circuit Tracks is the agile groovebox for creating and performing electronic music without resistance. Two refined polyphonic digital synth tracks expand your sonic capabilities, and samples across four drums tracks can be loaded via microSD and shaped to perfection. Built in FX polish your sounds. Two dedicated MIDI tracks and a built-in battery make it the ideal for multi-device setups and for creators on the move.
Circuit Tracks in an all-in-one studio with two synth tracks, two MIDI tracks and four drum tracks: everything you need to create and perform music. Designed for electronic and dance music producers, the agile groovebox lets you lose yourself in a hands-on production workflow. Let your creativity thrive with the acclaimed, hands-on sequencer, with which you can create 32-step patterns, chainable for up to 256 steps sequences per track. Go off-grid with microtiming, and keep your music evolving with probability and pattern mutate.
Its colossal sound is provided by two refined polyphonic digital synth tracks. Load thousands of your own samples using the microSD card, and shape them to perfection across four drums tracks. Advanced FX lets you douse synths, drums, and incoming audio in lush reverb and delay, make your mix pump with sidechain, and punch with the master compressor.
Circuit Tracks gives you total control of your setup, with two dedicated MIDI tracks capable of sending notes and CC automation. Its comprehensive connectivity enables you to connect Circuit Tracks to your studio, with full-size five-pin MIDI in, out, and thru, and analogue sync out. Analogue audio outputs let you listen through the stereo line out or with headphones. The built-in rechargeable battery allows you to make beats anywhere.

Novation Circuit - Hyper (a high energy pop jam)
video by
"Get my Circuit pack for free/pay-what-you-want: https://gumroad.com/l/MIDqA
Check out my music here: https://paytoncarter.bandcamp.com/
This tracked started out with the big, rhythmic pad that starts in the second session. I knew I wanted to do something with quick, snappy synth chords, so I built the rest of the track around that patch. All synth patches and samples are from my own Circuit pack (see link above to download it!)
Sorry for the cuts in between sessions. There were some glitches when switching between them live, so I just stopped each session at the end, let the FX tail off, and cut the sessions together manually in post."
