Black Corporation ISE-NIN: Stereo Patches 2

video upload by Mostly Synths and Keyboards (Logan)

"Second installment of some original binaural/stereo patches for LR listening. Each layer is panned 40%. Some reverb added but this has not been EQ'd.

I've had the synth for a few weeks and am starting to get familiar with it. The ISE-NIN is eminently programmable and easy to go get great sounds out of! It can achieve some pleasant stereo effects and I hope this is reflected in the video. The approach here was to start with the same patch in each layer and add variations between the two (eg fine tuning, pulse width, LFO mod, etc). The twin LFO's retrigger on a key press and I think a free-running LFO would do more favors for binaural patches so I'm hoping for this option in an update. I've made 50 stereo patches so far and it'll be easy to fill up the whole bank!"

"Vintage S.A.I 4 channel music sequential 1970s 80s Analog Audio Music Production"

If anyone knows more about this unit, feel free to comment. It appears to be a pulse trigger sequencer or possibley a drum machine?

You can see four leds on the front left. Under and to the right you can see buttons for On, Pulse, Seq, and 1 - 4, followed by SEQ Speed, and Music Level. The back only has two 1/4" jacks and what appears to be two propietary? If anyone can ID the other two, let us know.

The number of jacks and the Music Level knob makes me question whether it's a trigger device vs. having its own sounds. If it were a trigger device you'd think there would be four 1/4" outs, so more likely some sort of rhythm machine?

If you know, let us know. Also if you know of any other products from SAi or any additional info on them let us know.

This one was spotted and sent in via M Me.
