You might remember the Punk Resonator from this previous teaser post.

"The Punk Resonator:A Powerful and Experimental Standalone Synthesizer
Are you looking for a standalone synthesizer that can create unique and experimental sounds?
Look no further than the Punk Resonator
. This compact box, designed in brickie format,
can be used as a drum or baseline maker,
or to create strange and unusual noises.
It's a mix between the legendary Atari punk console from the 80s
and an analog circuit that is created on a 556 or 555 step generator and a digital resonator.
The Punk Resonator has three different options and a modulator,
with a 3 LFO square sin random.
The randomness works with the loop lock function that can be used as a sequencer
with eight or 16 steps, based on the chaos theory.
There is an attenuator to change the control voltage to the different voices or CV input
, and there is a Lopes gate to make sounds short or drum-like.
The Punk Resonator operates on 9 volts center positive
and has a mono out.
It is compatible with standalone equipment like eurorack, Korg, and more.
This powerful machine has a lot of options and is a small experimental,
synthesizer. It's not made for regular sounds,
but rather for something different and over the top.
In conclusion,
if you're looking for a unique and experimental
standalone synthesizer, the Punk Resonator is an excellent choice.
With its mix of analog and digital circuitry,
three different options, and modulator,
this powerful machine is capable of creating a wide range of sounds
that are sure to impress. So why not give it a try and see what kind of
inc power cable
and 3 paths cables
experimental sounds you can create?"

Analogue Solutions Ample Synthesizer - Selected Patches
video upload by Analogue Solutions
"Here are a few selected patches from the Analogue Solutions Ample synthesizer. All sounds are created with Ample itself, without external effects or distortions.
Ample is available now! Visit the Ample website at the link above.
Ample combines the best elements of several of our recent products.
-The sound elements of Fusebox
-Jack patch points of Concussor Eurorack
-Patch pin matrix of Vostok
-Echo from Dr Strangelove
-Sequencer and CV touch pads of Generator
It shares all this yet still has its own sound!
Ample can be as complex or as simple as you want it to be
We have given this synth a large and diverse number of controls that will give even the best and most experienced synthesists endless possibilities alongside the patch sockets.
We have presented the controls in a user-friendly and familiar synth layout that, together with this manual and other resources, enables even the new user to get great sounds."
Between Distortion and Strange Recursive Routing Schemes // Sonocurrent at Knobcon 2023
video upload by DivKid
"I've had the pleasure of talking to Graham from Sonocurrent at a few events now but we've never actually made video together. So I wanted to highlight his products but also his approach as a designer and musician interactive with his creations and methods. Graham mentioned how his patches are typically not generative, but are self regulating. It's a term I really like, along with his ideas about recursive routings and of course I'm a fan of distortion!"

Patching a basic kit from scratch on the LXR-02
video upload by Richard DeHove
"This isn't a dazzleman superkit showcase video. It's a reality ride-along as I put together a pretty standard kit discussing the various parameters, choices and interactions as we go. It's a moderately long video but then there's a lot to cover and I wanted this to be a real walkthrough of the process. Even so I didn't cover lots of interesting things like LFO sidechaining, panning, effects and velocity - that's for next time.
I put a limiter on the final output to catch a couple of spikes but otherwise there is no other processing than what you see. If listening on headphones you may notice a little noise when the mic is active. There was a lot of ambient noise outside with traffic, birds and power tools - and of course the LXR's buttons are very clicky. With those disclaimers aside I hope you find the process and explanations useful.
The resulting kit 'Clomp' is on Patreon.
