It simulates a hardware programmer in a software environment within the APPLE LOGIC audio / sequencer program (formerly Emagic LOGIC). The maker wrote in to let us know the editor is now compatible "in Logic X 10.3.3 but has been incompatible since 8 on and is still only working now in 4-7 and 10.3.3 - still no go in v8 - 9, up to X 10.3.2." A little confusing, but there you have it. :) Know your versions.
