Very similar to Unicord EC-100, or the Univox EC80A Echo Chamber, or any various clones and incarnations. Playing my Roland SH-101 through it. Recorded direct, no other mastering or effects.

The Drum Machine That Shaped Krautrock

"The Elka Drummer One is no Klaus Dinger or Jaki Liebzeit, but it deserves its place in the history of Krautrock drumming. It was used by a bunch of German bands at the time, most prominently the wonderful Harmonia, a supergroup consisting of members of Neu! and Cluster (some of which where involved in a short-lived iteration of Karftwerk, too).
