Bad Gear - The Alpha

video upload by AudioPilz

"Welcome to Bad Gear, the show about the world’s most-hated audio tools. It’s been a while since we have criticised a true picasso among synthesizers so today we are going to talk about the Alpha Juno-1.

This classic Roland synth is primarily known for three things: that one patch that kept 90s dance floors clean, some true analog Juno goodness and our favorite synth manufacturer hiding all this behind another truly soul crushing user interface."

PARTICLES - MUTABLE RINGS & NANO MODULES ONA - EURORACK AMBIENT SESSION

video upload by A Last Picture From Voyager

"Nano Module ONA and Mutable Rings go really well together. I took some time to explore these two modules in their basic characteristics, they are the last to be included in my configuration, and I hope to be able to exploit them in more depth in the future. Here, Mutable PLAITS adds a layer of drone to ONA, they evolve together in a semi-polyphony directed by the HERMOD sequencer. And Make Noise MATHS advances the sequence randomly, to create something alive."
