Waveform Scanning & Modulation Morphing // Trace by DivKid & Vostok Instruments

"Meet Trace! The latest DivKid module this time made in collaboration with Vostok Instruments. Trace is a 4HP, all analogue, interpolating/morphing scanner. It takes 4 inputs, morphs through them and outputs that scanned signal. It works with audio and/or CV inputs and the scan CV input takes CV or audio rate scanning too.

QMMG vs 292T vs Sosumi vs Centaur's Gate

"Ok so after talking making the "favorite sounds of the QMMG" video I had some requests about making a shootout between it and the 292t from Tiptop Audio & Buchla.

I decided to indulge AND to add two other recent lpgs to the table with the Sosumi by Nekya Circuits, a small 4hp, knobless, dual LPG inspired by the original Buchla 292; and the Centaur's Gate by Shakmat, that does MUCH more (multi mode filters / VCA, with preset recall) than all others but does have an internal analog vactrol emulation that I wanted to check out alongside the others."

"With this track I would like to introduce you to the new Dub Techno Chords sample pack by Luftrum. The pack contains 180 royalty-free dub techno stabs in 24-bit WAV format, crafted by Martin Nonstatic, Ohrwert, Martin Stürtzer and Luftrum.

I built a few additional sounds with the Digitone and Syntakt specifically for this track and added my own drums, but the majority of the sounds come from the pack.
