"Only around 200 units were built in the '70s and maybe only 50 are left - probably less.

The unit is all original with big knobs (hell yes!) and a sequencer that steps through presets, not notes!"

"The KORG PS-3100 is a classic analog polyphonic synthesizer with 32-voice polyphony and rich, evolving tones. Its three oscillators and 12dB/oct filter create lush sounds, while the built-in reverb adds immersive depth. Perfect for everything from warm pads to sharp leads, this synth brings vintage analog warmth to any setup."

"The OB-Mx is an all-analog synthesizer module with a user-friendly interface, offering classic Oberheim and Minimoog sounds, along with full programmability and MIDI compatibility. Designed by Don Buchla, it’s the last synthesizer he created, though it has been criticized for its underwhelming filters, which fail to replicate the iconic Oberheim and Moog sounds. Despite this, it remains a versatile tool for sound creation with 12 dB/oct and 24 dB/oct low-pass filters."

"Waldorf Pulse Plus in beautiful condition.
It is a late unit, clean, fully responsive, sounds like a beast.
Ideal for collectors or studios that care about gear.

The Plus is the best and most sought-after version of the original Waldorf Pulse.

The differences between the regular Pulse and the Pulse Plus are remarkable, and turn the Plus into a Swiss army knife for modern studios:

MIDI to CV/Gate converter with two CV signals.
It can interface different brands of synths and modules by selecting different voltages, and use the extensive modulation matrix on the CV signals.
CV/Gate inputs to control the Pulse with a modular or from other CV/Gate synths or controllers
External Audio Input to the filter, which is the best version (moog ladder type) of the 24dB LP filter in Waldorf 4Pole "Miniworks".
If you do not know, the Pulse is a serious vintage synth that oozes power and electricity.
As soon as you hear it live, you will realize instantly that it has nothing to do with modern offerings.

Seriously, do not be fooled by its appearance, this thing sounds open, has incredibly fast envelopes and punches very hard, much in the lines of a minimoog or a vintage roland. You will hardly find a better bass machine, it is second to none.

You will see many demos using aggresive sounds, as Waldorf allowed it to saturate the filter by design; however, it can be gentle as well, just by leaving the output of the oscillators to the filter at about 50%, and it will sound very much like a Roland filter.

The allowed frequency range is FULL, so be careful with your speakers... and the filter can also self-oscillate, yielding pure sine signals that are a real blessing for subs, or to make piercing glitches or sounds.

Last... it has a powerful internal modulation matrix and a groovy arpeggiator with panning. The synth responds incredibly well to midi, and there are plenty of VST and IPad editors (and also some hardware programmers) with which you can make easier to edit or perform with the Pulse."

ten years of pocket operator®

video upload by teenage engineering

"it’s time to celebrate pocket operators® tenth anniversary! it all began when the PO-10 series, a collab with the jeans brand cheap monday, made their grand debut at the namm trade show in 2015. made up of just a bare circuit board, an lcd screen and a handful of knobs, these tiny machines proved that size is only half the story, becoming cult favorites for anyone and everyone who loves music!"

When the Stars Align | Ambient Polyrhythm • ASMR • Relaxing Music • Studying • Meditation • Healing

video upload by ANGQASA

Sixteen notes drift across the sky.
Each one flickers, then passes by.
A rhythm set, precise, confined,
A measured dance, the stars aligned.

Their pulse is locked in loops of four.
A cycle beats, then starts once more.
Tempo 60 point zero, steady, slow,
Yet something shifts within the flow.

A speed offset of 1.000, slight.
A wave that bends the endless night.
The chromatic scale begins to climb,
Ascending high, dissolving time.

Then, soft—an echo, strange but bright.
Mario Notes cut through the night.
If time can shift, if notes can bend,
The stars align, but do you know when?
