Retromulator 1.4 Commodore 64 reSID Core Demo

video upload by discoDSP

https://www.discodsp.com/retromulator/

"New Commodore 64 SID 6581/8580 core — cycle-accurate emulation via reSID with 3-voice polyphony, oldest-voice stealing, high-quality resampling, and a full 50 Hz macro playback engine driving wavetable, pulsetable, filtertable and speedtable per voice and MIDI control of cutoff (CC 74), resonance (CC 71), pulse width (CC 75), vibrato (CC 1) and pitch bend.
Fixed DX7 master tuning offset — A4 now stays at 440 Hz on cleared battery RAM boot.
Fixed resampler stale rate on synth swap — switching to a synth with a different native rate.
Fixed OpenWurli tremolo depth/swing curve being non-monotonic at high settings.
Fixed OpenWurli noteOff not clamping to the valid MIDI range, which could leave out-of-range notes unreleasable."

Monoplex Melodic Microtonal Sequencer - Superbooth 2026 Reveal

video upload by KOMA Elektronik

"We're revealing our Monoplex Sequencer at Superbooth 2026. Come check it out at our booth O400!"

KOMA Elektronik Monoplex
Melodic Microtonal Sequencer
Berlin-based synth makers KOMA Elektronik reveal Monoplex, a performance-driven Eurorack sequencer built for evolving melodic control. Inspired by the Komplex Sequencer, it distills its hands-on philosophy into a focused, single-channel design packed with features. Patch everything into everything and let the melodies evolve.

Every core parameter can be voltage-controlled, opening the door to endlessly shifting yet fully deterministic sequences. From tight Berlin-school patterns to generative melodic systems, Monoplex encourages experimentation.

At its heart is a significantly expanded quantizer. Beyond chromatic, major, and minor modes, Monoplex allows you to upload your own scales via MIDI SysEx using our browser-based tool. Choose from thousands of microtonal scales or create and audition your own instantly.

A dedicated MIDI-note capture mode lets incoming notes define the active scale on the fly. Microtonal scales can also be played on MIDI Synthesizers via Pitch Bend information.

Compact and hands-on, Monoplex delivers an endless supply of melodies and modulations inside your Eurorack system.
