Harnessing the Wavestate‘s wave sequencing, we have harmonized glitches, clicks, stutters, and data degradation with lush and evolving soundscapes. "This year at Superbooth, we found some seriously inspiring instruments - here are a few of our highlights. Soma showed one of the most forward-thinking instruments we came across, with a truly unique interface. Richie Hawtin and Erica Synths introduced the latest Bullfrog edition: Drums.
Buchla also caught our attention with Ziggy a compact new take on their iconic West Coast sound.
Polyend is aiming high with their new analog-digital hybrid drum machine, possibly their most ambitious project yet. And one of the most fascinating discoveries for us was Tembo: a wooden drum synthesizer that looks beautiful and sounds unlike anything else.
