Learning the multi/poly: Sync and Cross Mod

"Join me on my quest to learn the new Korg Multi/Poly! In this video, I'm demonstrating the sync and cross mod capabilities. I demonstrate how to program a sync sweep as well as how to use different modulation sources (LFO, envelope, Kaoss physics) with sync. I show the basics of cross mod and how modulating oscillator pitch affects the sound. I also demonstrate how combining the two can create some interesting sounds!

"Arturia DrumBrute Impact – Broken Grooves is a collection of 64 percussion patterns suitable for many genres: IDM, trip-hop, synthwave, retrowave, dubstep, breaks, breakbeat, drum’n’bass, lounge, downtempo, and more.
🎼 Each sequence contains 64 steps and uses all drum instruments, with a few exceptions.
The patterns are meticulously crafted: Accents, Color Steps, and Step Rollers are all carefully programmed.

🥁 The patterns are self-sufficient by default, but I recommend interacting with the drum machine for a more interesting and expressive live performance: use Mute and Solo to build your arrangement, Roller for fills, and adjust instrument parameters — especially Decay. The combination of long and short hits always has a strong impact on the groove.

🕹 You can also bring more variation by using Swing and Random, either globally or per instrument.
⚙️ The collection covers a wide BPM range: 90–180. You can set BPM manually in Internal Clock mode or sync to any external source and its tempo.

💡 The soundset includes only patterns — no sounds/presets/timbre settings.

I added synth parts to the demos to put the drums into a musical context. These synth parts are not included in the soundset.

Boss DR-110 analog drum machine with trigger inputs mod SN 537800

"very short video to demo the trigger input mod added to the Boss DR-110.
It enables the drum machine to be played with external gear. Any positive pulse trigger from 1v to 20v would do the trick, you can even trig the sounds manually with a AA battery if you like !"

"Portable programmable analog drum machine from the early 80s.

Unit was modded to add trigger inputs so that now you can sequence the 6 sounds and accent with external gear. It uses optocouplers so any positive voltage pulse would trigger the sounds (v-trigger for instance). You could even trig the sound manually with a battery cell !

Unit is in fully working order. it comes with its original carrying case.
It runs on batteries or power adpater (not included). If you want to run it on power supply you'd need to get the boss PSA-120 power supply, other power adapters brings background noises.'
