Tendrils Patch Planner

via Tendrils Cables

"The Tendrils Patch Planner is a browser-based interactive tool created by Tendrils Cables that lets Eurorack modular synthesizer users virtually map out cable patches, calculate required cable lengths, and generate cable lists or a shopping cart directly from mock-ups of their racks, cases or other instruments.

Key Features
ModularGrid Integration: Upload a screenshot of your rack/s from ModularGrid or paste a direct rack link and the planner will fetch the image.

Scale Calibration: Set accurate dimensions by clicking two points across a module and inputting the size in centimeters so cable length estimations remain precise.

Smart Cable Drawing: Use a click-and-drag crosshair tool to sketch a route. The tool automatically curves and smooths out the line.

Multiple Cable Types: The standard right angled Tendrils, Stakkas stacking cables, Mutants (3.5mm to 1/4") and straight barrel cables are all available and can be switched out by pressing "c" (Colour Picker) and "t" (Type Picker) in edit mode.

Bezier Curve Editing: Click a cable head to select it, then adjust connector locations, re-shape the cable path or add additional handle points to bend wires neatly around crucial knobs, controls and displays.

Load Multiple racks: Load additonal racks into the workspace and patch between them to plan out full live performance setups! Images of any device (Drum Machines, Outboard Synths, Mixers, etc) can be added if you match the scale of the MG images.

Shopping Cart Sync: Once your virtual patch is finished, you can click a button to seamlessly add the exact lengths and styles of cables used directly into the web store cart, or export the cable list to text file for future reference or ordering from other retailers."

"Up for sale is an early example of an 8 voice Studio Electronics Omega 8 (SN 1047), in excellent condition - both technically and cosmetically.

I’ve expanded the filters pallete with 8x Yamaha CS80 filters."

Curious if the orange knobs are stock.

"This is a very rare Electrocomp 101 (Serial # 475) in a very good condition. It has been fully serviced and has no issues whatsoever.

I'm the third owner of this unit. Some mods were done in the 1970's by John Phelan, one of the engineers @ EML which makes this unit totally unique. Here's the functionality of the added 3 switches:

The switch near the Glide Control, multiplies and lengthens the glide time as the pitch slides from note to note. The switch below the filter turns the BP (bandpass) filter setting, into band reject (meaning it provides highpass and lowpass filtering simultaneously).
The switch next to the mixer changes the character of the noise (from white to pink)
I took great care of the unit and used it only in my studio. I'm selling it because I'm simply not using it at all. This 101 comes with original manual and documentation."

Note SN 475 was listed back in 2014.
