Knob 5: Subtractor Filter 1 Frequency
Knob 6: Subtractor Filter 1 Resonance
Knob 7: Subtractor LFO 1 Rate
Knob 8: Subtractor LFO 1 Amount
Button 5: Redrum channel 1 solo (bass drum)
Button 6: Redrum channel 2 solo (snare)
Button 7: Redrum channel 3 solo (hi-hat 1)
Button 8: Redrum channel 4 solo (hi-hat 2)

Filter 1 in Subtractor is set to low pass (12 or 24 dB, I forget) and LFO 1 is set to modulate Filter 1's frequency."

6 Switches to Hold and Combine the Rhythm Patterns.
15 Digital mods for Sci-Fi Echo, FM Bass and De-tuned Dischord.
Bass volume knob.
4 Knobs for altering the Analog drums.
37 metal Touch Points which generate various tuned tones. Top row are static and always generate same tones, bottom row has 5 pitched bass tones and middle rows change tone with the chords.
Also pitch modulation from touch points and nasty distortion, which has volume set by hi-hats volume knob...."

"KVINTET is a transistor portable polyphonic instrument produced by Katchkanar radio equipment factory "Formanta", which is the manufacturer of such well-known makes of synthesizers as Polivoks, Formanta, Manual, Maestro etc. It bears the same logo on the package and retains some of its most impressive capabilities.

• This auction synth was made in June 1990 in USSR. Serial Number: 0690223.

• KVINTET has a great, fat and warm analogue sound like Juno type sounds.

• Basically it is a string, brass and electric piano keyboard, good for the pad textures and poly sounds.

• It has an awesome analog chorus, vibrato function. Filter for brass section.

• It is fully polyphonic with the same keyboard and accessories as on Polivoks !

This keyboard polyphonic EMI can be used for playing compositions of different genres. Keyboard includes 60 keys and the sounding range is 5 octaves.

There is a possibility to change 2 lower octaves to play a composition by separate timbre with extending sounding on 1 octave down & it's also possible to transpose the whole pitch a fifth down.

The instrument consists of 4 sections: piano, that synthesizes piano's soundings of 3 timbres, string organ, that plays organ's sounding with soft attack and with the possibility to control release, with the pereodically repeated beat-fading sounds. There is a bass section, that is controlled by 2 lower octaves, that contain three 8' and two 16' registers. It plays sounding of the bass drum.

Instrument is rather heavy approx. 35 kg (all the case around it is made of wood) Only few companies offer posting services for such a heavy items. Shipping rate via DHL varies and depends from zone. For example shipping to 2nd zone (Finland, Poland) would be 140 USD, to 3rd-5th zones (all other European) approx. 180 USD."
