Korg Poly-61 with Custom Wood Case & MIDI Retrofit
via this auction "This is a version you don't see very often, it started life as a regular Poly-61 and at some point was sent to a Korg service center to have the midi retrofit kit installed. The kit was available after the Poly-61M was released, and after the kit was installed the synth is the same internally as the Poly-61M."

Contrary to the hardware you can purchase at the music shop next door, a Shruthi-1 isn’t designed to be industrially manufactured.
