TV Oscilliscope with controllable RGB

YouTube Uploaded by frostedminipete on Mar 25, 2012

"Short video of this wobble-vision style oscilloscope I built some years back. Video just shows sine waves being altered and layered over top of each other at various pitches, as well as a short clip of it in synchronization to music.

For those who are subscribed to me - I apologize for the lack of videos recently. I'm currently at University and have had less time for circuit bending, but it's no less a part of my life :] Look forward to some more/different things in the near future!"

Casio sk-1 Modular synth Kazooka

YouTube Uploaded by ISOTROPOSPHERE on Mar 26, 2012

"Been meaning to try out this experiment for a while, finally remembered it again and set up a patch.

Tablebeast circuit bent Casio SK-1 sending drums to the DFMZ modular synth (Doepfer ext. input) with gate multed and controlling other modules.

Main experiment utilizes the Kazooka (shown briefly in the video) which is plugged into the Roland VP-70 voice processor. VP-70 is converting pitch to midi notes and sending this to the Vermona qMI on the modular synth. The resulting voice on the modular is a bass sound you will hear with a good set of speakers or headphones.

Nothing really spectacular played from the Kazooka just getting used to the range and sensitivity of the VP-70 conversion and how it translated to the modular voice. The Kazooka is a lot of cheap fun.

Enjoy and comments encouraged. :-)"

Synth Tech E350 fun

YouTube Uploaded by ISOTROPOSPHERE on Mar 26, 2012

"Testing out my newly arrived Synthesis Technologies E350 Morphing Terrarium
module after a slight re-arrange of the DFMZ-2 cabinet.

Shown here for the first time in use is my newly created skiff, the DFMZ-4. This skiff is deeper than the one next to it and features Purpleheart wood cheeks. I went with a slightly different paint scheme as well to compliment the beautiful wood color.

Thank you to Shawn at AH, the folks at Big City Music, Pomona Noisebug, Moog Audio Canada, Bleeplabs, Switched On, Moog music, and all of the module manufacturers creating these wonderful products."

Roland Model 101 + SEM Pro = 2-OSC Hybrid

YouTube Uploaded by n3bsvid on Mar 26, 2012

"I've effectively turned the model 101 into a dual oscillator synth by patching in one of SEM Pro's oscillators into the external input on the 101. The tracking is pretty good but not perfect. Once you cross 3 octaves it starts to shift a bit, but it perfectly workable as you can see in the video.

Hardware:
Roland System 100 Model 101
Tom Oberheim SEM Pro (only used for its oscillator)

Software:
Valhalla Room"
