"Cult 1978-1984 British Synth - designed by Tim Orr (of EMS and later Akai fame) - this was released as a DIY kit in Electronics Today International magazine.  Unlike most Transcendent 2000s that appear on ebay this is a working example. Famously used by Joy Division on "Unknown Pleasures"..."

Link to pdf at the auction. I don't want to link to it directly as I don't want to send any unwanted load to the site hosting it.

AM 4075 - ARP 24dB Low Pass VCF & Journeyman VCF Module - Oakley Moog

AM 4075 - ARP 24dB Low Pass VCF via this auction

Overview
This is a 4-pole low pass filter based around a cascade of integrators. It is temperature compensated and it appeared in later ARP 2600 models. Its cutoff range was severely limited to just 12kHz by a design error, which can be easily corrected. This is an excellent filter, with a clean low distortion ouput that will oscillate at higher resonance settings.

Format
Module Format is 5U MOTM.

Notes
Module was built my myself and has been tested prior packaging. I used it only in smokefree studio..."

Oakley Journeyman Voltage Controlled Filter Module

Overview
This is a Clone/Redesign of the Moog Journeyman Synth. Its completely unlinear response and discrete circuitry gives it a unique sound of its own.
Partially modelled after a classic Japanese filter design from the mid to late 1970s, the Journeyman can be configured in either -6dB/octave high pass or -12dB/octave low pass modes by the flicking of a switch.
When two of these VCFs are used together, one in HP and the other in LP, then the effect is astounding.

Format
Module Format is 5U MOTM."

A Patch A Day, No. 34

Published on Jun 11, 2013 Hamilton Ulmer·35 videos

"This patch was an experiment in allowing a slow-trigger cycle to modulate the pitch of several oscillators.

Here, I used a handful of oscillating sources, and attenuated / inverted the cycle to have each one arrive at a different part of a nice chord.

The pile-on of the fundamental frequency is a little intense. In hindsight I should have had it attenuated at the bottom of the envelope, and crescendo to the splaying o the notes. This sort of thing is much easier to do when you're singing."
