You might recall the EMS Synthi HiFli Clone from Digitana Electronics back in 2010. Since then, they have made a number of EMS modules and accessories. To the left is the KS Expander, below is their SYNTHI Control Console followed by the Dual VCS3 - DK2 CV Interface, VCS3 mk2 External CV and Gate Interface, Synthi VCS3 Poly Midi-CV Interface, and the Synthi VCS3 Quad Midi-CV Interface. First four videos in the playlist. Anyone know if this is the Tokyo Festival of Modular, or another event? Note the red Roland Gaia in the second video. Curious if it's a one off custom Gaia or going to production.

"I played 2 improvisations, I did that just for the fun but all is not good, sometime I'm not in place, I prefer the second part of this track (around 7 min)...
The main instrument is the Kx-Polym-CSE, like unison lead of brasses and strings , the Kx-Polymod is used for SF2 drums and the Kx-Synth-x16 is for the bass, a little bit."

Creating Wavetables for the Waldorf Microwave2 with Sound Diver

No audio in this video but it does a good job of showing you wavetables on the Waldorf line of synthesizers. For those new to wavetable synthesis, each oscillator can run through waveshapes in a given wavetable. You can either select a static wave in the wavetable as you would on most analog synths, or you can use a modulation source like an envelope or LFO to morph or skip through a specified range of the waves in order to create morphing dynamic timbres.
