Rheyne - Mother Jam #5 (3x Moog Mother-32 w/ Ableton Reverb)

Published on Jun 25, 2016 Rheyne

"All sounds from 3x Moog Mother-32 synths. Reverb is from Ableton Live. All notes are triggered from the Mother-32 sequencers. Ableton Live is only controlling lighting and reverb. Audio is from the mixer, and LEDs on the Mother-32 sequencers will match what you're hearing."

"First All Coast Patch with the new Make Noise System Cartesian.

The main melodic riff is provided by the tELHARMONIC in Shift Register Mode. The drone is a combination of the Mother 32 and STO filtered with the Mother's ladder filter. Maths modulate more or less everything :)

The sequence is by Renè influenced by the Wogglebug :)

Recorded live with a Zoom H4n"

«WOMB» — hands on interactions with digital sound

«WOMB» — hands on interactions with digital sound from a guy called tom on Vimeo.

"Knobs, buttons and keys are the dominant means of interaction with electronic musical instruments. The aim of the «WOMB» prototyp is to explore alternativ ways to this paradigm. What if we could shape digital sounds with our hands, in the same way we can shape/sculpt clay?

«WOMB» is a hybrid electroacustic instrument that allows rich, direct, haptic interaction with a multidimensional parameter space through a flexible userinterface. It is based on the awesome Axoloti plattform and was developed as part of my masters degree in interaction design at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK)."
