Powerful new modules from Livestock Electronics!!! Shepherd, Ellis & Leap // Superbooth 2019

Published on May 23, 2019 DivKidVideo

"I really like the Livestock Electronics modules. BANG makes for a great characterful oscillator, MAZE is killer signal routing magic box and MIR and FELIX ignite a system with their useful utilitarian-ism-ness. The new modules look to continue to add a tonne of power to a Eurorack system with 6 channels and over 20 outputs, Ellis is a macro controller, voltage generator, potential chord machine and Leap is an LFO and envelope with a few tricks up it's sleeve! ... if modules even have sleeves."

KORG VOLCA DRUM // CREATING PATTERN FROM SCRATCH // 2

Published on May 23, 2019 LESINDES

"KORG VOLCA DRUM creating pattern from scratch, including RATCHETING and other tricks!
I am very enthuasiastic about this little box since it is one of the most capable VOLCAs I know. It is actually not a drum machine it is real drum synth like not so many others and with a faily simple synthesis you can tweak a whole universe of different sounds.
Very nice is the RATCHET function. In other sequqncers it is very complicated to program -- mostly only with double tempo. But here you simply choose a step dial in your number repetitions. IT CAN'T BE EASIER than this!
I kept all VOLCAS except for MODULAR and KICK for their crooked designs."

Published on May 22, 2019 Todd Barton

"I'm delighted to announce that my 2003 shakuhachi album, RO will be re-released at the end of this month by Flying Moonlight: https://todd-barton-ro.bandcamp.com/a...

And ... I’m really excited to be part of this unique project among MakeNoise Music, freesound.org and Flying Moonlight recordings. With the re-release of my shakuhachi album RO I’ve chosen two minutes of samples from the album which you’ll be able to download at freesound.org from the MakeNoise section.

Just pop the reel of samples into the Morphagene and begin creating your own soundscapes. Just two samples can become an entire track.

Simultaneous releases May 31, 2019.
