"A demonstration of the Dasz Instruments Alex expandable synthesizer at Musikmesse 2016. Apologies for the extreme flickering in the video - it was caused by a bad setting on my camera. The instrument actually looks great and the buttons/screen don't flicker at all."

New DASZ Instruments Teaser Pic
You might remember Dasz Instruments' announced a new hardware instrument here and here. We now have our first glimpse of the hardware spotted by Soviet Space Child.
DASZ states: "We weren't quite ready to go to #Superbooth16 We are working very hard right now to prepare for the #Musikmesse"
What's interesting about the image is it appears to be two separate units lined up, however they are different. Once has knobs up top and a headphone jack while the other doesn't. The headphone jack obviously implies there is a sound engine onboard or audio runs through it.

New Hardware Instrument From DASZ INSTRUMENTS Coming to the Musikmesse
DASZ INSTRUMENTS INC. Product Teaser
Published on Mar 1, 2016
See the DASZ INSTRUMENTS label for more!
You'll find some screen grabs from the video further below. It appears to be a knob box with custom color LED buttons. Sequencer & more? Note this is the first DASZ INSTRUMENTS post on the site.
Update: this will be a new instrument, not a controller, although it can also function as one.
The video description, as always:
"For over 3 years we have been quietly developing a radically innovative performance instrument. Its focus is to simplify, unify, and broaden your creative workflow, freeing you to focus on your music rather than your setup."
