A Visit to the Mattson Mini Modular Studio - Pics Part 2

As promised here is the second set of pics from my visit to George Mattson's studio. We had some particularly good wine. :)

This set was taken with an iPhone 4S. You can catch my previous post with pics taken on a Canon Rebel T2i here. A final post with video will follow when I have some time to upload it - it ate up a 4G SD card.

P.S. Giving this one the holidays label.  The Mattson EML all lit up is about as close as it gets to a synthmas tree imo.  Note the Mini Mattson Modular to it's right.  Enjoy the pics.  :)  Some of these make for great wallpaper.

NAMM: MATRIXSYNTH Bling at the TRASH_AUDIO NAMM BBQ

Top pic via CatSynth

"Matrixsynth hosted a little wine bar of sorts, with his own Analog Reserve (red) and Digital Reserve (white). They were quite good, actually."

Thank You Amar! :)

And thank you Justin & Surachai of TRASH_AUDIO!  The BBQ this year as always was the highlight of NAMM for me.  I met some really great people.  I sent a case of wine down for the festivities and they actually set up a room with great ambiance.  It was pretty incredible.

You'll find some more pics below. My personal NAMM pics and vids will go up during the week.

NAMM: Trash_Audio NAMM 2010

YouTube via thedeepelement
"http://www.trashaudio.com I can see why they wouldn't give us press passes this year. But of course we'll always find a way to ruin any party."

BTW, HUGE thanks to Surachai and Justin for hosting the NAMM BBQ on Saturday night. It absolutely rocked. A friend asked me what my favorite thing was at NAMM. I thought about the booths and the gear, and then answered it was the people. You can see and hear the gear online and except for a few little surprises, everything is pretty much as you would imagine. What you can't get online is the interaction and conversations you get to have with people face to face. My one day at NAMM was a blast and the BBQ was the highlight. I met so many cool people I only knew via email and Twitter online. Everyone was super nice, and.... people at the BBQ enjoyed my wine! :) ... Be sure to read the write-up on TRASH_AUDIO.
