My presets come under the name [WCOG+number] in a soundbank ("mnfx") format. You can import the presets to your Minifreak V plugin or your hardware Minifreak via the official Arturia software. Firmware 2.0 is the minimum you must have (you don't need any custom samples or wavetables). You will receive all the sounds from all my demos plus extra. This is over 300 patches / presets in total. Mod wheel is assigned in all of the presets. Aftertouch is assigned in some of the presets. None of the presets have the macros active – macros are free for you to assign as you like.

I did not use any external FX in the demo; all the delays, reverbs, noises & sound deformations are part of the Minifreak engine / sound design. However, I used some EQ-ing & limiting on some of the sounds."

No talking demo. All patches custom-made by Jexus. As you all know the Microfreak is monoaural and has no onboard FX. It sounds slightly different and more “stereo” in my demo because some of the sounds have been EQ-ed, and many of the sounds have a chorus and / or stereo delay & reverb applied (but nothing that would dramatically alter the original timbre of the synth like phasers, flangers, pitch shifters, etc). The wet / dry ratio is usually 20:80 (or 20% mix in other words), reaching 50:50 in a few patches (I used the simplest presets on a Lexicon MX). I wanted to make the sounds nice for the ear but I also wanted show the true sound of this synth without too much embellishment or experimentation.

"The presets are named “number + WCOG” (for example “185_WCOG”). The soundpack comes as a file in Roland SVZ format. Just copy the file from your computer onto a memory stick and import it to your Gaia-2. Warning: not every USB stick works with Gaia-2 : check if you have a compatible one or if you need to buy a new one. You don’t need to install any Roland expansions for these presets. A standard factory unit of Gaia-2 is enough!

In this video I used some EQ-ing and / or external reverb on selected sounds (in very small amounts). Other than that everthing you hear comes from the Gaia-2 engine (no additional flanger, chorus, distortion, no layering, etc.)"

You will receive all the sounds that you hear in all my demos plus extra. This is 213 patches / presets in total. Every preset has two sounds / layers in it (morphable A & B). You will also get all the sequences that I play (they are stored as patch data). I did not use the Motion Recorder so you can use it for your own purposes. You must have firmware ver 3.0 or higher on your Polybrute to load this soundset. The fancy / artsy names of the performances that you see in my Youtube videos are often too long to fit in the synth’s display so all my presets will be named 'WCOG'.
