Digitone 2 controlled by Launch Control XL 3 - Full one-take performance
video upload by Sineway
"All sounds in this live jam come from the Elektron Digitone II, controlled via the Novation Launch Control XL 3.
I mapped the Digitone’s modulation wheel macros to the Launch Control’s faders for real-time modulation.
This one-take performance is part of an ongoing setup I’ve been refining, and I’ll be doing a full walkthrough soon: MIDI mapping, sound design, and how this setup makes jamming feel effortless."

One Synth, One Track: Everything you hear is Novation Peak (trance/EDM track + preset download)
video upload by Sineway
"All synth sounds in this track come from the Novation Peak - no other synths, no layering. Just the Peak and a few drum samples fully sequenced and mixed in the DAW.
This is the first in a video series focused on the Peak, starting with what it sounds like in a full, polished production. More coming soon: sound design, jams, and a full review.

Why the MiniFreak Is Changing the Synth Game — 2025 Review
video upload by Sineway
"Arturia MiniFreak is not just a synth — it’s a hybrid that finally makes sense.
It’s got analog filters, digital oscillators, and all the freaky sound design options you’d expect — but it has also removed the single biggest friction point I have with every other hardware synth. It's honestly redefined how I make music.
In this video, I’ll walk through some of the MiniFreak’s sound design tools, play some of my favorite patches, and show you exactly what makes it stand out in a sea of synths."

Playing Ableton Push 3 as a synthesizer
video upload by Sineway
"The headline feature of Ableton Push 3 is those expressive MPE pads. MPE stands for MIDI Polyphonic Expression and means you can really play the pads as if it's an instrument, along with pitch glide, polyphonic aftertouch and other features. In this jam, we're playing the pads as part of the live performance, though pitch glide was replaced with polyphonic aftertouch instead.
❤️ Support our work and download the Ableton Live 12 project file for this jam by joining our Patreon community: / sineway
Technically, the Push 3 was running in controller mode when we recorded the jam. The jam could easily have been done in standalone though, it was more of a convenience decision so we could see on the computer screen that things recorded properly.
We've had the Push 3 Standalone for a little over a year now and will be publishing a review that compares it against the other production-focused groovebox champion, the MPC Live 2.
