Consensus is this is a DIY project in a Roland CSQ-100 box.

Using the Korg Kaoss as a Synth

Shepitology has a post up on how he used his Korg Kaoss KP2 as a synth. Apparently you cannot play the synth part directly via a standard MIDI keyboard. He had to use Fruity Loops as the interface between his MIDI keyboard and the KP2. The post covers how he did this and includes a link to a track with the KP2 used for the lead. Moog55 - New Flickr Set

Update via the comments: "that custom 101 is a Philip Pilgrim "NovaMod 2.0" 101, complete with the sticker set. The docs for this mod set are still floating around the net, and many "circuitbending" folks have ripped it off and called it their own idea."

"Rare 7 inch one-sided long-play 33 rpm disc (originally supplied with Computer Products Magazine in the early 1970s) featuring an extended electronic/Moogy piece by electronics innovator (and founder of Electronic Music Studios [London] Ltd) Dr Peter Zinovieff titled Lollipop For Papa. The record is in excellent condition (surface mark but plays okay)."
