"An demo of an interface I made for a user on 8BitCollective."
Oberheim Matrix-6R

"these take the "wider" CEM voice chips that are less common than the narrower chips used in the Matrix 1000."

JH String Filter

"I've just recorded two short demos with the String Filter prototype.
First one is a fast Arpeggio from the OB-8, first dry, and then with String Filter switched on and off, and Resonance altered: link
Second one is a String-like OB-8 sound, made more string-like with the String Filter :) Switched on and off between phrases, to display the difference: link
Note: Unlike the older sample, the above has *no* Cello pre-equalization (yet)!
String Filter web page is also updated (with the two new samples and pictures of the prototype)
JH."
KORG Sigma
"lots of fat sounds and unique after touch keyboard that can trigger 1/4 tones. the 2 Cool joysticks add multi-dimensional control. one to control pitch, noise and vibrato. the second joystick to edit the low-pass and hi-pass VCF filters! There is also an "Effect" section which is for Vibrato, Portamento, Sample and Hold, Noise, Key Hold, Multiple Trigger and Ring Modulator (each with it's own rotary control to vary it's sound). Even though it has a switch labelled "Ring Mod," it's actually a cross-mod. It lets you cross modulate between the instrument and Synth sections."
