Shot of the packaging via this auction. An interesting note, to me at least, is the auction includes monome in the title. Not in that it's deceitful in any way, but because it's a reflection of what people are searching for out there. It will be interesting to see how the monome and Tenori-On weather over time.
"This is a UNIQUE modular synthesizer prototype in the world created by Ken Macbeth, his sound & features are impressive with 7 VCO + 6 suboscillators, 13 oscillators in total!!! In my experience I can say that this modular project is much more complex and powerful than the new M5n or M3X... this modular has a FAT sound, another planet!"
"Starkey Hearing Science analog modular synthesizer laboratory. It is a scientific instrument, with many particular synthesis features... with this gear you can also process any external signal inputs between filters, vco's and more... The Starkey laboratory is absolutely not common & classic instrument ;-)This one model has standard jacks connectors and 3 vco cv in and 2 gate in located on the external switch"
YouTube via mufte "Norwegian rock band Gargamel started recording their second album at Harry´s Gym Studio in Oslo in December 2007.
This is from when we recorded synths at in April of 2008. It was recorded at Bjørn Viggo Andersens appartement featuring his lovely synth collection, and the synths are played by him. Bjørn was the original keyboard player of Gargamel and was the one playing keyboards on our debut album Watch for the Umbles.
Bjørn mostly playes the wonderful Minimoog, but also some Korg MS-20 and Moog Prodigy.
Gargamels new album will be out late 2008 or early 2009.
