Bitfinder LiveSets

Update via fischek in the comments. Note the Elektron posters on the wall in the bottom shot. Anyone know where to find them online? I did a quick search for Elektron poster here and didn't find it, but I did find this, which is very cool in it's own right.

You can find them at the bottom of the extras page. No good shots online though.
EMS Synthi A with DK-1 Keyboard
Updated images for this auction. Click on each for the full size shot.
"This is something special! A good looking Synthi A from the Electronic Music Studios in London. Both the Synthi and the keyboard are recently serviced and there are a some very nice modifications on this one! The following modifications have been performed by a pro synth tech:
Osc-sync 2&3, filter keyb follow, filter slew/unslew, filter 18/24 dB. Also new internal trimmers and elco's have been installed. Oscillators 1 & 2 have the temperature compensation mod to make them more stable. These are the same mods as performed at EMS London. The 3 black (Serge) knobs: 2 are the sync-switches for the OSCs, the one near the filter controls the keyboard follow of the filter. Left of and above the Cutoff knob are the toggles for filter slew/unslew en 18/24dB"
Interview with Frank Serafine

You can find the interview on Tron Wiki here. There is mention of the Fairlight, Sequential Circuits Prophet-5, and Minimoog.

Modified Yamaha CS01 CS-01 Analog Synth
YouTube via rolandsh1000
"This is a brief video demo of a modified Yamaha CS-01 Mk1 battery-powered analog synth. I'm not going through the internal speaker here, but rather using the line-out to a Roland MicroCube amp.
The mods are:
1) expanded resonance and continuous control of the resonance
2) VCA drone mode
Except for the fact that the breath controller will no longer work on this unit (how many folks actually use it anyway?), both are 'non-destructive' mods, which means you can return to stock functionality if you want.
The 12dB low-pass filter on the CS-01 isn't terribly stable at high resonances, which is probably why Yamaha kept the stock setting to be a bit tame.
I make some odd comments here: why am I calling the footages "high sounds?" Please ignore some of the rambling!"

Udu Drum treatment 2 added overdrive
YouTube via RothHandle
"Yesterday I started working a new track with the ever so talented Rhys Marsh. The track I am working has a slightly indian or middle eastern feel so I brought some of the percussion instruments that would fit into that sonic environment...But. to create an edgier and possibly more modern feel I decided to do some treatments on the Udu drum...which turns out to be the base of the verse rhythm.
If you are curious about the studio and the music that is recorded there please stroll by
www.roth-handle.nu for more info."
