Yamaha CS80 on synths. Wiener dogs running.

"Whilst 35,000 athletes were running the 2009 London Marathon, our 2 little miniature dachshunds, Harry and Kim, were running around the garden, just south of London. Having a GREAT time. The sun was shining, the birds were singing and ears were flapping. They slept well that night."

top: "context shot of probing 4 nodes in the LFO circuit"

bottom: "Context shot of the 3 transistors which were replaced - a 2N3905 (PNP BJT), MPS5172 (NPN BJT) and 2N4302 (FET).

Of these, the 2N4302 was confirmed to be the root cause of the failure of the LFO to oscillate. The other two transistors are still functional."

Maneco Looper Filter EKO Custom

via this auction

"This is the Maneco Looper Filter EKO Custom, a variation of the Filter EKO II with a few extras. Maneco's description of the Filter EKO II:
2 x 32 seconds
2 lfo's - sine and square for pitch, triangle and square for filter
Multimode filter (high pass, band pass ,lowpass)
Feedback pre or post filter
Reverse, rec/play, hold/overdub, bypass, and filter on/off foot switches
Filter expression input
Pots:1) Time, 2) pitch mod depth, 3) pitch mod rate, 4) blend, 5) feedback, 6) cuttoff, 7) filter modulation depth, 8) filter mod rate, 9) rez.
Toggle switches:1)Double/half pitch/time 2)loop A/B 3) Now/end loop selector 4) pre post filter feedback 5) filter lfo waveform/off 6) filter type 7) memory protect

This version of the Filter EKO has footswitches for the Double/Half Pitch/Time and Loop A/B functions.

A Lo-Fi switch to alter the overall character of the delay, sort of like a Hi-Cut Filter on many Digital Delay pedals. It also has expression inputs for delay time and feedback as well as the standard filter expression input. Furthermore, all of the expression inputs can take a foot pedal, or can take control voltages, making it an interesting addition to a modular/cv based synth set-up.

purchased new, as a custom order, from Juan of Maneco Looper, based in Uruguay, in the Fall of 2007."
