Charles & Jim on Vintage Synths - Explorer Part One
YouTube via oneamongmany10
"Oberheim Matrix 12 and Sequential Circuits T8 vintage analog synthesizers. We were messing around, trying to come up with some compositions that we could pair up on, in real time, ala late-70s early-80s Tangerine Dream or Steve Roach. The sound is coming through a couple of Martin Logans. We should get better over time as we get the hang of real-time composition on these instruments. But they are fun to play!"

YAMAHA CS-50
"The CS50 is a rare four-voice polyphonic synthesizer. It differentiates itself from its 70's peers with its unique tone and myriad controls for shaping new sounds. There are three separate LFOs (including the ring modulator), an excellent dual resonant filter arrangement, and a post-filter sign wave. There are also after-touch controls for pitch, LFO, and filter. Several classic preset sounds are available, in addition to the panel controls. The CS-50 is powerful and flexible."

Scott Stites: Appendage Touch Ribbon/Klee Sequencer Composition from Scott Stites on Vimeo.
"This is a video shot of a recent patch I was working with. It uses the Appendage Touch Ribbon, Klee Sequencer, KS-01 Modular Synth, and CGS Drums.
The Appendage is controlling the experimental Appendage Sequencer, which divides the ribbon into "zones" of voltage."
You can find an MP3 of the recording here.
