Quasimidi Polymorph Presets Part 2 - The Sounds
YouTube via Yorkshirelad69.
Part 1 here.
"A tour through some of the first 64 factory presets of the Quasimidi Polymorph.
These should give you an idea of the kinds of sounds this Synth is capable of.
It does sound digital, it can sound analog and it can sound gritty but these featured presets don't really do it justice as they seem designed for use mainly with the demo sequences.
The the final video in the series will concentrate on my own patches and I'll show you what it really can do!
No additional FX units were used, the sound you hear is straight from the Polymorph.
More to follow!"

Tenorance on Tenori-On and Motif ES Rack
YouTube via Tonneman
"This song has been created by me using the Yamaha Tenori-On. I used the Tenori to create the layers (patterns) using score mode and random mode. A total of 8 different layers have been created. Once the layers were created, I used the Tenori to control the Yamaha Motif ES Rack to produce the sounds (8 parts). Obviously, the Motif ES Rack can produce much better sounds than the Tenori's internal sound processor.
Have fun!"

Plan B Model 23 Analog Shift Register

"In this patch the M23 was used to shift a quantized sequence to a pair of detuned VCOs, the 'both' input of a Bananalogue/ Serge VCS and the CV input of a VC-LFO. The sequence was transposed by the stepped output of a Wogglebug. A sequential switch was used to alternate between a 'regular' and voltage controlled clock. The switch was triggered by a comparator reading the output of a second random source."
