"Yesterday, I finally got around to repairing the keyboard on a friend's PolySix. It had 3 completely dead keys, and a half dozen other keys that had to be pressed pretty hard to get to register.
Via the miracle of Caig CaiKote (no, I'm not affiliated in any way; I've just used it several times and it works well), the keyboard is 100% functional again.
Step 1: Remove keyboard from PolySix:

Step 2: Remove PCB from keyboard:
Step 3: Remove conductive rubber switches from PCB by carefully poking the rubber barbs back thru the PCB:
Step 4: Clean the rubber contacts with alcohol, then apply CaiKote to the black conductive rubber:
Finally, wait a couple hours for the CaiKote to dry, then reassemble.
Step 6: Jam out!"
