EXACT Model 202 Complex Waveform Synthesizer

Looks like lab equipment. Anyone have any more info on this one? Via the auction: "I am not sure of it's specific purpose, but it produces complex square waves. Depending on the settings, the LED's will sequence across, and up and down. That's all I know."
