Yamaha CS-60

via this auction

"There is lots of information on the internet about the exact specification, but the CS-60 essentially is an 8-voice polyphonic synth with probably the finest ring modulator available and one programmable preset via little version of the sliders under a small cover on the top left. It has after-touch (routed to vibrato, brilliance etc.) and the wonderful ribbon controller also featured on the larger CS-80 which is very cool to work with! It is a real ‘players’ synth and capable of some extra-ordinary sounds. This is one of the big-league poly-synths and provides about 50% of the functions of the much larger and heavier CS-80 (at a lot less than half of the price of the CS-80!)."

via Analog Industries where you'll find some additional info.

Phosphor Test 2 by Chris Randall "This quick demo has two instances of Phosphor. The first one is doing everything you hear in the beginning, and demonstrates the shift-register noise generator. The second one plays the little melody line that comes in after a couple bars."

The Synthi Group Vol.3

via The Synthi Group

"The Synthi Group returns for part three of their EMS analog music series. Unlike the first two releases, this edition was recorded with a specific theme in mind and with parameters of limitation. The artists appearing on volume three were asked to create ambient soundscapes using EMS equipment ONLY. No other musical gear was used in the creation of this compilation.

Sit back, plug in some headphones and be enveloped by the atmospheric aurality that these fine instruments offer under conduction of experienced adepts..."

"Useless interface drawn with the scripting features of Fantastick 1.9. Demonstrates how scripting can be used to fix the occasional UDP packet loss problem. See, no drawing is lost here."
