via this auction

"The synth was recently serviced, including: calibration, a new touch-panel from Technology Transplant, a new battery, and replacement of any old/faulty parts.
The S-Trig jacks were replaced with MIDI jacks in preparation for a MIDI upgrade, but Encore Electronics is currently out of the upgrade, and doesn't expect to have more ready for the next 3 months."

"The serial number is "3565"(see picture #4) NOTE: I've read that serial numbers 3200 and beyond had many important updates made to the Synth, and Polymoog's with serial numbers 3500 and beyond had more updates and advancements (a more reliable "Poly"). This Synth comes with the legs pictured, and worth as much as $200 to $300 alone!..." As always read the full description before bidding.

Yamaha CS-40m vintage analog synthesizer

via this auction
"This is a rare synth with 2 full voices (4 Oscillators!) and a great divide down keyboard which plays like a poly synth. For example if you play 1 note, 2 osc sound. If you play 2 notes, 4 oscillators sound. If you play 3 notes, you'll hear all three notes, divided amongst the oscillators. There isnt much info on the net about how this works, but it sounds really cool.

The multimode filter is really dirty and easy to overdrive. The resonance, while it doesnt quite resonate, is still nice and squelchy for thick basslines. The Osc do PWM for a HUGE sound. This is one of the few early analog synths with memory, and there are 20 slots for saving patches. One of the neat unintended "features" is that if you pull the batteries and switch it off and back on, it will scramble the memory and you'll get patches you couldnt possibly dream up. The LFO will go way into the audio rate and therefore will yield some nice FM tones. It also has a ring modulator, which gives some nice bells and rings..."

C64 with MSSIAH Cartridge

C64 with MSSIAH Cartridge from Malte Horstmann on Vimeo.

"I modded this Commodore C64 by putting a MSSIAH Cartridge, 6 pots and 2 switches in it.
4 pots are for the MSSIAH Software, 1 for Volume and 1 for a Feedback Loop I built in it.
Maybe in the future I will give this thing a nice painting or a new housing and of course pot knobs :)"
