Make Noise Pressure Points Fun

Youtube Uploaded by ISOTROPOSPHERE on May 18, 2011

"This was a little experiment quite like the Rene experiment I did. I am using all three of the X,Y, and Z CV outputs from the PP routed to a Doepfer A-151 Seq. Switch which is being fed a clock signal which goes from the PP to the Doepfer Clock divider and then to the A-151 for channel control. The main CV out from the A-151 goes to the TipTop Z3000 whose wave goes to the EMS synthi filter (cv from FH Choices) then to the QMMG which is also gated from the PP fourth channel gate out. I did notice that the sensitivity of the PP is greater than the gate signal received by the Doepfer clock divider so the timing sometimes goes a few taps of the PP longer to trigger the clk divider to switch channels.
The backround pulsing is from the Korg Z1 and drums later from the Korg ER-1 mkII. I had fun making this, the volume is HOT and loud, watch your speakers, bass is heavy in this video so listen with headphones or a sub. Enjoy."

Review: NI RaZor - Additive Softsynth

YouTube Uploaded by sonicstate on May 18, 2011

"An interesting additive synth born from the twisted mind of Errorsmith. With some unusual features and weird waves and filters - we take a look at the Reaktor based instrument. For a full accompanying article:

"A selection of disgustingly offensive squelchy unpleasantness from a modified Korg Poly800 synth. What better way could there be to waste 4 minutes of your life?"

"I let Nyle borrow the Synthasystem and here is a sample of what he did with it. In an email, Nyle said, "This synthesizer has all the character and feel that I remember the old ones having." High praise indeed. Thank you Nyle

Vestax「PAD-One」解説ムービー

YouTube Uploaded by musicmasterjp on May 12, 2011

Googlish:
"Vestax Controller Pad "PAD-One" What you know? Today, in charge of Vestax products (Tarama's) said the appeal could have a direct product (see picture). "PAD-One" is heavier than Zusshiri to see in the picture, who has become a hip-hop products and make a strong awareness of the familiar track pad. And, as has been described in the video input as well as a tool of rhythm, simply because each pad can be assigned to MIDI control information, a strong push pad (called aftertouch) can plug It can also manipulate parameters and bread. Price ¥ 16,800 (tax included). Both people are interested in checking out!"

Arcturan UltraTheremin for Reaktor and Konkreet Performer

Arcturan UltraTheremin for Reaktor and Konkreet Performer from Peter Dines on Vimeo.

"After a few too many pan galactic gargle blasters it's time to dig out the ol' Arcturan UltraTheremin and rock out on Squornshellous Zeta until you pass out on a living mattress.

I built this as a learning project to figure out how to map Konkreet Performer's nodes to voices in Reaktor. If you're interested, you can download at modulations.noisepages.com - you'll need an iPad and Konkreet Performer to take full advantage of it. (It also works with TouchOSC if you don't mind a slightly less freakish playing experience)"
