"Here it is! The 'classic' vintage ARP ODYSSEY Synthesizer. This instrument has toured about the world by JP VIDEO. If you are reading this ad you know what sonic possiblies you can explore with this landmark machine. Voltage controlled filters, ADSR envelope generators, White and Pink sound, Ring Modulator, 2 ocsillators plus a low frequency ocsillator for modulation, High and Low outputs, CV in and out, Gate in and out, Trigger in and out, Voltage control pedal input and Portamento pedal (included), external input and of course the much sought after classic Sample and Hold generator all included in the most logical compact synthesizer package known at that time.

Serial Number #0288.

EXTRA BONUS: Autographed copy of JP VIDEO vinyl single circa 1980 (collectors item). I have seen it sell on EBay for over $50.00 included. JP VIDEO used this machine as the fundamental instrument on this record."

"Hinton Instruments has provided a custom rebuild of an EMS Board “C” into a 3U 52HP Eurorack format module incorporating all of Graham Hinton’s modifications and more, all within a 40mm depth. This is not a clone, we don’t do clones so don’t ask.

The module is shown here mounted in our new four rail open Euro frame with rear mounted Triple 1A PSU module and our new ModMix module. The combination provides a very high specification, comprehensive modular synthesizer front end.

Please note: this module is neither a product of Hinton Instruments nor EMS (Cornwall), nor is it going to be. It was only possible to produce because a client had a spare vintage EMS pcb, but it does illustrate the type of custom work we can turn around."
