Future Retro Mobius Sequencer

via this auction

"This is rare - not normal ebay rare but truly rare - there were only 540 ever hand made and no longer in production - Future Retro Mobius Sequencer. This beastie has controlled every synth - C/V, DIN, Midi that I've every plugged it into - Moog, Korg and Roland included."

Roland VP330 Vocoder Plus

via this auction

"This is the Vocoder Plus, version 2 with Jupiter 8 buttons. If you've seen Chariots of Fire or winced at Laurie Anderson's "O Superman," then you've heard the VP330. Not to be underestimated is the Choir section, best demonstrated in the unicorn dream sequence in Blade Runner. The built-in sound generator also makes it ideal for processing drum loops and such."

Chamberlin M-1 keyboard

via this auction

Update: link updated.

More pics at the auction.

"For your consideration is this vintage Chamberlin M-1 keyboard. This particular example, serial number 86132, is in excellent original condition. It works perfectly, sounds amazing and features a set of original tapes. The Chamberlin is the, better and more advanced, predecessor to the Mellotron which has better sounding recorded samples resulting in a better, more dynamic, instrument. Due to the original premium purchase price, the Chamberlin M-1 was produced in very limited quantities (around 150-200), and they have since become one of the rarest and most coveted vintage keyboards. Worse examples have sold for upward of $20,000.00, so take advantage of this extremely reasonable Buy it Now, and own one of the best keyboards ever made!

The original tape set currently installed is extremely practical and features the following sounds:

1. Vibs (Vibes)
2. Violins
3. Harpsichord
4. Cello
5. Bells
6. Fr. Horn (French Horn)
7. Flute
8. Oboe"

"Curtis Electromusic Specialties "What a Difference a Chip Makes" 1/4-page advertisement on page 71 in Contemporary Keyboard February 1980.

This rare advertisement only seems to have found its way into CK a couple of times. But ain't it the truth: what a difference a chip *does* make."
