flatpack 709 cracklebox w/ flickering candle led sequencer + mic aka how to get mono

YouTube Uploaded by horchacha on Aug 13, 2011

"ancient flatpack 709 opamp following the kraakdoos schematics. uses a flickering candle LED as an extra contact as sequencer. voltage starve knob also is a pull on/off power switch. followed the peasant's idea of electret mic input but don't hear it so much except for feedback in the vid. but you can blow and bark into it to keep it moving."

Modular Sequenced with Ribbon Controller Solo.mov

YouTube Uploaded by Yuwipiman on Aug 13, 2011

"Using a hybrid 5U modular synthesizer, this recording is a live performance with a Walking Stick 500mm ribbon controller solo. The synth is running multiple sequencers, oscillators, filters, and envelopes, in order to play all of the parts at once. A dotcom Q119 sequencer is used for three lines of sequence, and it is triggered by a STG Trigger Store. Nothing is multi-tracked."
